Rule n°1: Completeness
Any order taken under a product appearing in the online store implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale. No general or specific condition appearing in the documents sent or given by the customer will be able to be integrated into the present, since these documents would be incompatible with these general conditions. In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is null and void due to a change in legislation, regulations or by a court decision, this shall in no way affect the validity of and compliance with these general conditions of sale.
Rule n°2: Entry into force - Validation of the order
The present general conditions come into force when the customer validates his order. From then on, he declares to accept the entirety of the present general conditions of sale fully and without reserve. Rule n°3: Proof of transaction

Rule n°4: Prices

Rule n°5: Mode of payment

Rule n°6: Availability
MECA 24 commits itself to honor the orders received on the Internet site only within the limit of the available stocks of products. In the absence of availability of the product, MECA 24 makes a commitment to inform the customer as soon as possible. Rule n°7: Method of delivery

The announced times are indicated at the departure of our warehouses. The choice of the mode of delivery depends on the weight, the volume and the value of the articles.
Rule n°8: Delivery times
MECA 24 commits itself to make deliveries within 2 to 5 working days from the complete payment of the amount of the order by the customer. In case of unusual delay, an email will be sent to the customer. In case of articles deliverable at different dates taking into account their availability, the delivery period is based on the longest period. MECA 24 reserves however the possibility of splitting the deliveries. The participation in the expenses of treatment and forwarding will be invoiced only for one sending. In the event of payment by bank card, the times indicated correspond to the times of treatment and the delivery of the products. If the customer did not receive anything in the 6 days which follow the validation of the order, it must announce it to MECA 24 which will deal directly with the conveyor to carry out the declaration of loss as soon as possible (no minimum time), and will be able then if necessary to carry out a reforwarding.
Rule n°9: Problems of delivery because of the carrier
The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery. Any anomaly (missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged packages, broken products...) will have to be indicated on the delivery order and reported to MECA 24.
Rule n°10: Errors of delivery
MECA 24 is committed refunding or exchanging the products not corresponding to the order (defective or not in conformity). The customer must formulate by any means (e-mail, mail recommended with acknowledgement of delivery...) the day of the delivery or at the latest in the 14 working days following the delivery any complaint concerning articles not corresponding to his order (error of delivery, nonconformity of the products...). The complaints are to be addressed to the Customer Service whose coordinates are specified in article 12. On the complaints, the customer must indicate his coordinates, the number of the order form, the references of the product appearing on the delivery form and the reasons for his complaint. Any complaint formulated outside of this period will not be accepted. The return of products in case of product error, defect or non-conformity can only be accepted for complete products, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions ...). Rule n°11: Retraction period
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to return the product that would not suit you. Refunds of all sums paid, including standard shipping costs will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the products by us. The refund will be made by the same means of payment that you used to place your order, within 14 days. In the case where we use another means of payment, we will ask for your agreement before proceeding with the refund. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted. Rule n°13: Guarantee of the products
Manufacturer's warranty for technical products : The commercial guarantee proposed by MECA 24 is the manufacturer guarantee. The duration of guarantee which is included in the prices is that mentioned in the descriptive information of the product on the site. It takes effect at the date of reception of the parcel, the date appearing on the purchase invoice being taken as proof. It covers the repair of the device (parts and labor) over a period of 2 years upon receipt of the product by the consumer.
